I feel like you’ve put a lot of time into building the “Brother Luke” name. Other than maybe any legal reasons or an inability to obtain a trademark, I’d say to stick with it. You’ll have more opportunities to explore the “Brother Luke” brand in the future.
Unless of course you feel limited and constrained creatively by the persona - you have to be comfortable in order to be your best.
